Data / account deletion

How to delete your data from the CoinThesis app.

Data deletion

The app does not create a server account. To delete your data:

  1. CoinThesis does not require account creation or logging in.
  2. All local data (backtest results, downloaded crypto bundle) are automatically deleted upon uninstalling the app (Settings → General → iPhone Storage → CoinThesis → Delete App).
  3. To delete anonymous data from the server (strategy parsing history), please contact us by email: support@kandyb-studio.eu with the subject 'Data Removal — CoinThesis'.
  4. Parsing history automatically expires after 12 months.

We fulfil data deletion requests within 30 days.
