1. Acceptance
By using the Dotacje (nazwa robocza — finalna w trakcie ustalania) app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app. You may not reverse-engineer the source code or use the app unlawfully.
3. Payments and subscriptions
The app currently does not charge fees beyond any in-store purchases (if applicable).
4. User content
The user provides data in the survey for their own use (matching). They do not create public content. The data remains theirs — we process it solely to provide the service.
5. Disclaimers
- Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.
- Using the application does not guarantee receiving a grant, relief, or other support.
- The final qualification conditions are determined by the regulations of a given program / the competent authority.
- Data on calls comes from public sources and may change — verify it at the source before submitting an application.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
7. Additional provisions
The PDF report is digital content — upon purchase, consent is required for execution before the withdrawal period expires, which entails the loss of the right of withdrawal (in accordance with the terms of service).
