How the Hossa AI app processes your data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Kandyb Studio, contact: hello@kandyb-studio.eu.
2. What data we collect
The app does not require an account or sign-in.
- No personal data — the application does not require registration or logging in.
- The application only retrieves and displays public analytical data of companies (ratings, finances, reports, quotes) via its own API.
Your data stays locally on your device, except in the cases described below.
3. Who we share data with
- Infrastruktura hossa.ai (własny serwer/VPS, PostgREST/Supabase self-hosted) (UE) — serving public analytical data of companies (read-only).
We do not sell your data. Each subprocessor processes data only to the extent necessary for the app to work.
4. Advertising
The app does not show ads and does not use an advertising identifier.
5. Data retention
The application does not store personal user data nor does it create accounts. Standard access logs (IP address) may be generated on the server side for security and diagnostic purposes, stored for a short period.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), restriction, data portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To delete your data/account see Data / account deletion.
7. Children
No — the application is not directed at children; financial content for adult audiences.
8. Additional information
The current version DOES NOT integrate any analytical or advertising SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, RevenueCat). No tracking (App Tracking Transparency not required). Financial data comes from, among others, the provider Notoria and ESPI/EBI (WSE) reports — the commercial use license status for data is verified separately.
