How to delete your data from the Pescatarian Guide app.
There is no account to delete
The app never creates an account and keeps none of your data on a server. Everything you enter is only on your phone, so you delete it yourself:
- In the app, go to Settings → Delete my data. This erases your profile, food log, history, favourites, saved meals, wellbeing notes, reminders, error log and widget data.
- Or simply uninstall the app. That also removes all of its data from your phone.
- If you exported a backup earlier (a JSON file), delete it wherever you saved it. We have no access to it.
The Lifetime purchase
There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Your Lifetime purchase is recorded on your Apple or Google account, not in the app. Deleting your data does not remove it. After reinstalling, tap Restore purchase to get it back.
Ad data
In the free version, ads are served by Google AdMob. You can change your ad consent under Settings → Privacy & data → Ad privacy choices (EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland), and on iPhone also in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Data processed by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
